Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels is a 12-room boutique property set on a 50-acre private estate of 2,400 olive trees in the Puglian countryside at Triggianello, a 15-minute drive from Polignano a Mare. Built in the second half of the nineteenth century as a summer residence for the noble De Bellis family, the villa pairs contemporary minimalist interiors with its original architecture, and offers a garden swimming pool, spa treatment room, sauna, gym and a restaurant serving seasonal regional menus.
